I cannot see my client’s files

In case you cannot see your client’s files on your dashboard, the two possible reasons are

  1. The client has not shared their application with you
  2. You have archived the client’s application

Here are the instructions you can give to the client

Step 1 :  Register (top) menu

Step 2:   Click “Share with Advocate” from the left menu, then in the popup confirm by clicking “Share” button
