How it works

This website asks you a series of questions to suggest the most appropriate protection order based on the guidelines provided by Cowlitz County Superior Court

1. Create Packet Free

Step through each topic and section answering simple questions. Eliminate the frustration of not understanding the legal jargon. This program will generate your protection order documents for you.

2. E-File with the Clerk's Office Free

File the paperwork for free. For Anti-harassment Petition & Order (coming soon) the court may charge a filing fee. The court will reply to you electronically with information on how to pay for that process. The Clerk’s office will reply to you electronically with any questions or directions for you.
