How to add supporting evidence such as photos, WORD documents, and PDFs to your case

When you’re answering questionnaires to prepare your court documents, there are certain questions where users have the option to upload supporting evidence such as photos, treatment records, receipts or other financial documents. You can do that by clicking on “Attach Supporting Evidence” and then clicking on the green area highlighted in the screenshot below.

You can upload any of these file types:

• Images: PNG, BMP, JPEG, TIFF and various other formats
• WORD files
• PDF files

You can upload a total of 5MB of files.

You can upload a total of 5-10 files, depending on the court you are filing in.

You cannot attached video or audio files.

If you need to submit more files, audio or video evidence, please take them to the court at your hearing.
