Nonprofits can use this website to assist clients over a client's journey of case preparation and filing. Our goal is to enable you assist more clients everyday by letting your professionals skip mechanical work, and focus on the intellectual aspects of the cases.

Nonprofits can setup an account in a few seconds, and then launch their own private space online where they can invite their clients to step through comprehensive questionnaires.

Nonprofits can also make their profile public and set the criteria which LegalAtoms can use in matching the members of the general public with your org. LegalAtoms inserts your info, and detailed fine print at select points in a client's case preparation journey.

How it works

1. Create a Profile

Setup a profile similar to your linkedIn profile. Here are detailed step by step instructions

2. Connect with Clients

You can start a case and share the link with the client which will be e-mailed to them via LegalAtoms. Or a client who is already working on a case can reach out to you via LegalAtoms

3. Assist Clients

View client documents online. Client can leave questions for you which you can address in one go

4. File with Government

At this point client can print and file with a court, USCIS or the relevant government authority. In some counties in the Washington state we allow electronic filing.

Run a test as a client

Create an account and step through the questionnaires to get a sense of the case type you are interested in so when clients contact you, you can understand what screen they are looking at and address their questions

Key features for assisting clients

LegalAtoms provides online questionnaires in simple language to gather client information. After the questionnaires are filled, LegalAtoms creates the MS WORD and PDF versions of the court forms

Friendly questionnaires

We have pre-set questionnaires for domestic violence protection orders, U Visas, family law and numerous other case types. Clients responses are then used to automatically generate the correct pattern forms. For example USCIS Forms for U Visa cases, or Washington State pattern forms for Divorce cases in Washington and so on.

Can I keep ownership of client data

Yes, we can setup an arrangement where you own the data store with AWS and then LegalAtoms software uses that. This way the data is always 100% owned by you, and never really available to our engineers. Please contact us for more info
