How the Petitioner or Protected Party is Populated depending on who is filing (including filing on behalf of someone else)

This article helps explain the different situations of who is petitioning and for protecting whom, for a Civil Protection Order (CPOs) in Washington as defined in the Revised Code of Washington RCW 7.105.100 Filing—Types of petitions
