Setting the cause number
If the cause number feature is enabled, then as a court official you will have the set a cause number for the case, before you can approve the case.

Validations
LegalAtoms will check to make sure that the cause number you are setting for the current case is unique.

Shortcut URL
The short URL format is:https://app.legalatoms.com/cause-number/CAUSE_NUMBER
You will have to replace “CAUSE_NUMBER
” with the cause number.
Once you have set a cause number for a case, LegalAtoms will generate a shortcut URL for the cause number. If the cause number is “9875ac”, then the shortcut URL will be “https://app.legalatoms.com/cause-number/9875ac”. You will have to be logged in to view the page. If you visit the short URL while you are logged out, you will have to login first, and LegalAtoms will redirect you back to the case details after you are logged in successfully.
