Schedule is very specific around days, time, you can see your children. How to divide holidays, how do divide birthdays how to divide mother's day, father's day. All of those holidays are taken into consideration. But the parenting plan is a discussion between parents. You can both agree to whatever schedule you want. If you don't agree and you raise issues as to why you don't agree, at that point  the judge will make a decision for you. But with a parenting plan, the easiest thing is for all parties to talk to each other because they know each other's schedule. They know when they physically are able to be there, and when they are not physically able to be there. Again it goes back to what's in the best interest of the children. Judge is not give you something knowing you cannot fulfill it. So, you know, it's sort of talk amongst yourself, see if you can agree on something because that will be in your best interest and you will know better than the judge's going to know.  The most standard holiday division for people is odd-even. If I get them this year for odd year, next year you get them for even years. Mother's Day is generally with mom. Father's Day generally is with the dad.  There are parties who have special occasions or holidays that they celebrate, part of their religion, part of their culture those types of things. Those can be address in the parenting plan as well. But as far as the major holidays school life, Memorial Day President's day, Labor day, odd-even are generally the standard to go by.
