Case Flow

After a client has submitted their application for a Protection Order you will be able to see the date and time at which certain steps were completed for the case.

  • Client View to Case Flow

From the client view you will see a tab next to the case info that says Case Flow. Click on it and will take you to the next page.

  • Case Flow View

This will breakdown the status of the client’s petition for the protection order. It breaks down from the start of the application all the way down to the approval of the E-File. It helps with tracking what is going on with your client and their order.
