How a Judge’s Orders PDF can be uploaded into LegalAtoms

Step 1: Clerk accepts. Assigns a case #

A clerk would accept the submission by clicking on “Submission Received”

In the popup that automatically appears, the clerk would also assign a case # and notify the client about the acceptance.

Step 2: The Judge Grants/Denies the Temporary Order

Even if the Judge has granted/denies the temporary order on paper, LegalAtoms need to know the decision as subsequent logic depends on it.

The judge can select either Grant or Deny. At this point the documents are generated

Step 3:  Upload Manual

Now the PDF version of the Temporary Order can be uploaded against the correct line item as that will ensure that the logic on where the document is to be forwarded applies correctly.  The file name of the PDF file can be any name.

Step 5:  Click “Notify” to send the case to the clerk
