Getting input from a 3rd party

LegalAtoms allows clerks to get input such as a signature or other documents, certifications, proof of training or visits in a secure digital way.

This feature is configured via the workflow designer and requires advanced level skills.

The clerks can notify the recipient via any of

• Email address
• Cell phone #
• Social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

Here’s how the message may appear to the recipient

“This is a message on behalf of the Puget County Superior Court. Click on the link below to view and complete the steps assigned by the clerk”

Click on the link will take the user to an online experience where they can view and download the case documents.

The user can also electronically sign and confirm the receipt
