Filing after a partial rejection

LegalAtoms allows client to file after a rejection even if the underlying filing depends on Tyler EFM.

LegalAtoms simplifies this process by:

  • Automatically filing into the case # assigned – the user doesn’t need to know, but is clearly informed
  • Automatically selecting only those documents that were not accepted earlier
  • Still relying on the friendly questionnaires experience to guide users to make corrections.  Users don’t need to know court specific form name terminology, document codes or other business rules e.g. presence of one form requires a specific another one.

Steps 1:  Client is informed about the partial rejection

Clients need to be informed that they need to update questionnaires to create an updated set of of LegalAtoms Generated Documents.

 

Step 2:  Lead the user to update documents

Clicking on Update documents should navigate the user to the questionnaire

 

Step 3:  Launch a new instance of the Filing Wizard

When the user clicks File again, Filing wizard should have all the documents with items already accepted to be excluded from the list in the Filing Wizard

 

The documents item in the Filing section should only have the documents which were not accepted to avoid duplication
