In a court system its very common to have hearings rescheduled. This could be due to many reasons such as failure to served the other party by the deadline.  LegalAtoms handles this situation by allowing clerks to add a new stage of type “Hearing” after the current one,  thereby leaving the record of the existing “Hearing”  in tact. So the case details page displays the new hearing as a new tile consistent with the time wise

Step 1: Click on “+ Hearing”

Just below the Hearing tile, there is a button “+ Hearing”. Click on it would add a new Hearing section.

Step 2: Set new hearing time

In the new “Hearing” stage or tile, under the Add Hearing, click on the Start button

Set the hearing date and time, then click submit

Step 3: A new packet is generated

3A: In case the original Temporary Order was Granted, then the Reissuance document is generated

3B: In case the original Temporary Order was Denied, then Notice of Hearing is added

Step 4: At this point the clerk can notify the client, and then the law enforcement
