On LegalAtoms, lawyers and court officials can provide feedback to clients via Inline comments. A client can also send an inline comment message to connected professionals. Collecting client feedback helps in improving services and addressing any concerns promptly.
Lawyers and court officials can update clients on the status of their case, including upcoming court dates, decisions, and any required actions.
Clients can fill out the case for review, and lawyers can provide feedback or suggest modifications directly on the platform. Steps to Provide Inline Comments
Step 1: Login to LegalAtoms
Navigate to https://test.legalatoms.com/
You will see the login screen where you can enter your credentials and hit login to access your account.
Step 2: Start a new case
- Click on the Create Case button to start a new case
- Select any case you want to start
Step 3: Share your case with a professional
After fill out the case a client can share or E-file the case with a professional.
Step 4: Inline Commenting
The lawyer reviews the document, highlighting problematic areas and adding comments such as, “Please clarify this clause,” or “Consider adding more detail here for better clarity.”

- lawyer clicks on the View All button
- The lawyer can provide feedback via inline comments on a specific question.
- The lawyer clicks on the message icon, an inline comment sidebar opens on the right side, he enters the comment and submits it to the client.
- The lawyer can upload images, GIFs, add hyperlinks, and bold/italic/underline/strikethrough the text.
Step 5: Client Review
The client reviews the comments, makes the necessary adjustments, and can respond to the lawyer’s comments directly within the document if needed.
- The client needs to move on to the specific question where the inline comment is received and select the professional, then make the necessary changes and submit it to the professional.
- On the lawyer side, a blinking red light appears if a new message is in it. The lawyer can view the comment by clicking on the message icon.
Step 6: Lawyer/Client can Edit or Delete inline comment
- The lawyer/client can Edit/Delete the comment after submission.
- The client can block the professional by clicking on the block button.
- The lawyer can block the client too.
