Accepting case as a Notary Admin

Step 1: Login to Notary Admin Account

Step 2: Accept/Reject the Case

  • Click on the “Accept/Send receipt” button to accept case or “Reject/Decline” button to reject case.

Step 3: Open the Case

  • After accepting the case, click on the “view” button to open it.

Uploading notarized documents as Notary Admin

clerk can download documents sent by client.

Clerk can upload notarized documents in the Received Documents section by clicking the Upload Notarized button.

Once uploaded, the notarized documents become available for the client to review and download.

Once documents are uploaded, the clerk can preview or delete them.

When clerk clicks the Confirm Documents Uploaded button, the uploaded documents become visible to the client.

 

How can a professional see the transaction value?

A professional can view the transaction value in the Consults section of the platform.

 

By opening the Consults page, professionals can access the details of each consultation, including the transaction value associated with it.

The notarization will take place online outside of LegalAtoms, using the notary’s preferred online notarization platform.

LegalAtoms does not participate in or facilitate the notarization process in any way.

 

Pricing and Final Payment

The price is based on a pre-set number of signatures required on the document.
